Bette Jo Walker, President of The GranderCompany, LLC has prepared this course to help businesses have a Business Ethics and Conduct code in place as part of the Federal Government requirement.

She is retired Special Agent with over 26 years of federal law enforcement experience with U.S. Small Business Administration, Department of Homeland Security, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Her investigative experience includes criminal and civil investigations involving contract fraud, internal affairs, money laundering, national security, asset forfeiture, narcotics, organized crime and international smuggling.

In her government career, she supervised employees and developed training programs on a national level. Post government retirement, she was the Risk, Audit and Quality Control Manager on a federal government contract.

It is her goal to set your business up for success in government contracting.
